Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform enabling the sale of our products and services.

Purpose

These Terms are intended to define the terms of use, order placement, payment, and delivery between the website www.south-legacy.com and the customer.

Products

All products listed on www.south-legacy.com are offered subject to availability. Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, SOUTH LEGACY cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in the descriptions.

Please note: Product photos may be edited or retouched for aesthetic purposes.

Placing an Order

Customers can select items from our catalog and add them to their shopping Cart. By clicking on the Checkout button, the customer proceeds to finalize the order. At this stage, personal and payment information will be requested.

Customers can review and modify their order details before confirming it. Validating the order constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you will not be able to complete a purchase.

Once the order is placed, it constitutes a sales contract between the customer and SOUTH LEGACY, subject to product availability.

An order confirmation email will be sent to the customer with the details of the purchase.

Prices

All product prices are displayed and billed in euros (€).

For orders shipped outside the European Union or to overseas territories, customs duties or local taxes may apply and could be charged to the customer upon delivery. These fees are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

SOUTH LEGACY cannot determine these costs in advance and cannot inform the buyer of their amount prior to ordering. The buyer remains responsible for any required declarations or formalities.

Secure Payments and Personal Information

Payment is due immediately upon ordering and is processed via Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, using secure bank card transactions.

All transmitted data is encrypted and cannot be read during transmission. Once payment is initiated, the amount is immediately debited after verification.

In accordance with French law (Article L.132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code), any card payment is irrevocable.

By providing their payment information, the customer authorizes SOUTH LEGACY to debit the corresponding amount and confirms that they are the rightful cardholder and legally allowed to use it.

We do not store or have access to your payment details. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of your data.

We do not accept installment payments.

Personal data collected at checkout is used solely by SOUTH LEGACY to fulfill and process your order.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason and without incurring penalties (except return shipping fees).

If the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

Returned items must be sent back in original packaging, unused, and include the order number.

Liability

SOUTH LEGACY cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.), unforeseeable events caused by third parties, or issues attributable to the customer.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, SOUTH LEGACY is not liable for the loss of the package.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the website, including its underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks, and patents.

All logos, visuals, graphics, and product designs on the site are the exclusive property of SOUTH LEGACY. Any unauthorized use is considered counterfeiting and may result in legal action.
