We aim to be as transparent as possible regarding our shipping fees.

Shipping Policy

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (see Return Policy below).

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Depending on your location and the chosen shipping method, return delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for lost returns, so we strongly recommend using a tracked and/or insured service, especially for high-value items.

Item Returns

If your item is defective or if an order preparation mistake occurs, Southlegacy® will cover return shipping costs.

If the customer chooses to return an item without any defect or error, return shipping costs are at their expense.

In such cases, we will refund only the product price once received and inspected.
⚠️ Initial shipping fees will not be refunded, as the delivery service was properly executed.

Delivery Times

: shipped within 2 to 4 business days after payment.

You will receive a tracking code via email once your order has been shipped.
If your package has not arrived 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date, feel free to contact us.

Customs Fees & Parcel Refusals

For orders outside the European Union (or to countries without customs agreements with France), local authorities may apply customs duties, import taxes, or other delivery-related fees. These charges are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this responsibility.

If customs fees are refused:

destroyed, resulting in a total loss of goods

returned to the sender, generating significant return fees

In such cases, we cannot offer a full refund. A partial refund may be issued only if the goods are successfully returned, minus the cost of return shipping and any additional unexpected charges.
