Refund Policy

1. Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:


unused and in the same condition as when you received it


original packaging


receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Do not return your item to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:





Incorrect Address

If the shipping carrier deems the provided address as insufficient or invalid, the order will be returned to us.

You will be responsible for the reshipping costs once we’ve confirmed the updated address with you.

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility.
You will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

2. Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of receipt, with no need to justify your decision.

3. Undelivered Orders

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping a replacement order.

To qualify:


shipping address provided was accurate


contacted your local post office to attempt locating the lost package

⚠️ Note: If the tracking information shows the package was delivered, but you believe you didn’t receive it, we are not liable and will not reship the order for free. Any replacement will be at your own expense.

4. Customs Fees

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties may apply.

For deliveries to mainland France and within the EU (excluding Switzerland and the UK), no customs fees apply.

In all other cases, customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by South Legacy.

If you refuse delivery, you will be held responsible for all incurred costs (shipping, taxes, customs fees).

5. Return Address

To return your product, please ship it to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

For items over €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

6. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

8. Exchanges, Size Changes & Defective Products

Size Change

If the size doesn’t fit, contact us (via email, social media, or our contact form).
We’ll offer an exchange based on stock availability. Reshipping costs are your responsibility.

Defective Item

If you notice a defect (e.g., a hole, print error...) that prevents use, please report it within 3 days of delivery by emailing contact@south-legacy.com.
We will replace the defective item with a new one.
